Practice with Purpose
Campaign film and launch strategy for the firm’s 25th anniversary
More than a look back
To mark Pickard Chilton’s 25th anniversary, I proposed a film that would reflect not just the firm’s legacy—but its living values. I initiated the idea and led the project as internal producer, collaborating with an external team to bring the story to life.
The goal was to express what made the firm different: its commitment to mentorship, inclusion, and purposeful design. We wanted the work to speak through the people behind it—and to create something that felt true to the studio’s culture and quietly ambitious spirit.
A campaign rooted in people, not polish
I developed the concept, defined the messaging arc, and coordinated production—scheduling interviews, aligning internal stakeholders, and ensuring narrative cohesion from script through final cut.
This wasn’t just a one-off film. It was the centerpiece of a broader communications campaign that I designed and implemented across platforms, including:
- A blog series to deepen the message and feature team voices
- Email marketing for client and prospect engagement
- Multilingual versions of the video to reflect our global partnerships
- Studio-wide launch and PR support to reinforce internal pride and external alignment

Messaging that moves
Following the campaign launch, we saw immediate results: the film generated over 40 qualified sales leads for the business development team. The piece became a key part of pitch decks, recruiting packages, and future client proposals.
To build on its momentum, I created a follow-up mailer—packaging the film with other brand touchpoints:
- Our self-published book, The Art of Collaboration
- A special feature issue in L’Arca International
- A custom print suite that extended the visual identity and messaging
This layered approach ensured the campaign had reach, longevity, and a second life beyond digital platforms.

Design that leads with clarity
Practice with Purpose reflects a side of my practice that’s deeply strategic. While I love shaping visuals, I’m equally drawn to how design moves people—across channels, through intention, and toward shared understanding.
